Blue Frontier Management Group was founded on more than 20 years of hands-on experience in construction, renovation, and property oversight throughout Baja California. What began with building and delivering residential and commercial projects in Los Cabos has grown into a full-service property management operation serving both Baja California Sur and Baja California North.
Our background in construction gives us a different perspective than traditional property management companies. We understand how properties are built and where problems typically begin—allowing us to prevent issues before they become costly repairs. From day-to-day maintenance and tenant coordination to long-term planning and renovation oversight, we manage properties with a focus on durability, quality, and long-term value.
We work primarily with U.S. and international property owners who need reliable, on-the-ground management in Baja. Managing property remotely comes with unique challenges, including communication, maintenance coordination, and trust. Our approach is built around transparency, clear reporting, and direct communication, so owners always know what is happening with their investment.

Walter Rivera
Owner & Field Operations
Walter Rivera is the owner of Blue Frontier Management Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience in construction, property care, and real estate across California and Baja California.
His hands-on experience includes property maintenance, repairs, inspections, contractor coordination, and overseeing the care of residential properties. Walter understands the importance of having someone reliable on the ground when property owners cannot be there themselves.
Through Blue Frontier, Walter provides owners with a trusted local presence, direct communication, and hands-on oversight of their properties throughout Tijuana, Rosarito, and Ensenada.

Rebecca Rivera
Administrative & Client Services Manager
Rebecca Rivera brings more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, including her work with Farmers and Geico insurance, along with several years of administrative experience with a construction company in Los Cabos.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Rebecca oversees the administrative and client-service side of Blue Frontier. Her responsibilities include client communication, scheduling, property records, documentation, reports, and coordinating administrative details that help keep each property and service organized.
Together, Walter and Rebecca combine hands-on property experience with strong administrative and client-service support, providing property owners with a dependable team they can trust to care for their properties when they cannot be there themselves.
