Blue Frontier Management Group was founded on more than 20 years of hands-on experience in construction, renovation, and property oversight throughout Baja California. What began with building and delivering residential and commercial projects in Los Cabos has grown into a full-service property management operation serving both Baja California Sur and Baja California.
Our background in construction gives us a different perspective from traditional property management companies. We understand how properties are built and where problems typically begin, allowing us to identify and address issues before they become costly repairs. From day-to-day maintenance and tenant coordination to long-term planning and renovation oversight, we manage properties with a focus on durability, quality, and long-term value.
We work primarily with U.S. and international property owners who need reliable, on-the-ground management in Baja. Managing property remotely comes with unique challenges, including communication, maintenance coordination, and trust. Our approach is built around transparency, clear reporting, and direct communication, so owners always know what is happening with their investment.

Walter Rivera
Founder & Field Operations
For more than 25 years, Walter Rivera has worked in construction, real estate, and property care throughout California and Baja California. His background has given him a practical understanding of what it takes to maintain a property, solve problems, and protect an owner’s investment.
That background led Walter to create Blue Frontier Management Group.
Walter works directly with property owners, serving as their local point of contact when they cannot be here themselves. From inspecting properties and identifying maintenance needs to coordinating contractors, overseeing repairs, and providing photos and updates, he stays involved from start to finish.
As a bilingual professional, Walter communicates comfortably with owners, tenants, contractors, and local vendors in both English and Spanish. More importantly, he believes good property management starts with being accessible, paying attention to the details, and doing what you say you will do.
His goal is simple: to give property owners the confidence of knowing that someone they trust is looking after their property when they can’t be there.
Rebecca Aldaco
Administration & Client Services
Rebecca Aldaco brings more than 15 years of experience in insurance, administration, customer service, and construction-office operations. Her background has strengthened the organization, communication, and attention to detail that are essential to keeping a business running smoothly.
At Blue Frontier, Rebecca works behind the scenes to keep the administrative side of each property organized and moving forward. She helps coordinate schedules, maintain documentation, follow up on requests, and ensure important details don’t get overlooked.
Her experience in insurance and construction administration also gives her a strong understanding of working with people, managing information, and supporting the day-to-day needs of clients and field operations.
Rebecca is bilingual in English and Spanish, helping Blue Frontier communicate effectively across both sides of the border. While Walter works directly with property owners and oversees field operations, Rebecca provides the administrative support that keeps the process organized and responsive.
Together, their different strengths allow Blue Frontier to offer something personal: a local team that understands the property, communicates clearly, and stays involved through every step of the process.
